Prices are per person per night.
VAT is not applicable.

Mutiple occupancy.
£35.00 per person per night.
£30.00 per person per night for 2 nights plus.
Single occcupancy.
£40.00 per person per night.
Check in time is after 5 p.m. or by arrangement - Guests are asked to vacate by 10 a.m.
If you have to cancel your reservation, please do so by 4:00pm three days prior to your booked arrival date, cancellation after this time or for whatever reason you fail to arrive, we will, unfortunately, have to charge you the full rate of your booking.
To secure your booking we require a deposit to ensure we reserve a place for you.
Ample parking - Well behaved pets by arrangement.
